By placing an order with Raynedazzle LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

CUSTOM ORDERS & PERSONALIZATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, sizes, colors, logos, artwork, and other personalization details.

Please review all information carefully before submitting your order. Raynedazzle LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

DESIGN APPROVAL

When a design proof or mockup is provided, production will begin only after approval. Once approved, the customer accepts the spelling, layout, colors, placement, and other design details shown.

Changes requested after approval or after production has begun may result in additional fees.

DIGITIZING & SETUP FEES

Embroidery logos may require a one time digitizing or setup fee. Digitizing converts artwork into an embroidery ready file and is separate from the cost of the embroidered item.

Additional setup fees may apply to designs requiring special placement, additional hooping, or other nonstandard production methods.

PAYMENT

Payment is required according to the terms provided at checkout or on your invoice. Orders are not considered confirmed and production will not begin until the required payment has been received.

Any remaining balance must be paid before completed merchandise is released, picked up, or shipped.

PRODUCTION TIME

Standard turnaround times are estimates and begin after all required payments, artwork, information, and design approvals have been received.

Custom and special order items may require additional processing time. Large orders, special sourcing, holidays, high volume periods, or circumstances outside of our control may affect turnaround times.

If you have a specific event or deadline, please communicate that information before placing your order. Submission of a requested date does not guarantee completion by that date unless confirmed by Raynedazzle LLC.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ITEMS

When Raynedazzle LLC agrees to decorate customer supplied merchandise, the customer accepts the inherent risks associated with embroidery, printing, hooping, pressing, and other customization processes.

While every reasonable precaution is taken, Raynedazzle LLC cannot guarantee replacement of customer supplied items in the event of unexpected material, equipment, or production issues.

COLORS & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. Thread, print, and garment colors may also vary slightly between manufacturers and production batches.

Certain products, colors, brands, and sizes are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you regarding available alternatives.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizing, spelling, colors, personalization details, or other information submitted or approved by the customer.

If an error is made by Raynedazzle LLC, please contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution provided.

SHIPPING & PICKUP

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Raynedazzle LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, theft, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Local pickup customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving for pickup.

CUSTOM ARTWORK & LOGOS

Customers submitting logos, artwork, photographs, trademarks, or other designs confirm that they have permission or legal authorization to use the submitted material.

Raynedazzle LLC is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property claims arising from artwork or materials supplied by the customer.

HANDMADE & CUSTOM PRODUCTION

Because our products are individually embroidered, printed, or customized, minor variations in placement, sizing, stitching, thread, or print appearance may occur. These small variations are a normal part of custom production and are not considered defects.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By submitting payment or completing an order through Raynedazzle LLC, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms & Conditions, along with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy policies.
